8 Easy- to- Cook Recipes that you will Surely Love!

Don’t know how to cook but you’re hungry? I got you with some easy recipes that can fill your stomach!

Since the pandemic started, we don’t have much to do at home. We started to missing going outside, spending time with our friends, classmates, and workmates, and even missing fast food restaurants that we used to go or even crave sweet stuffs that we love. Ordering online might be one of the solution to satisfy our cravings, but since it’s lockdown and some of us don’t have enough money, we just tend to eat what we have at home. Some of us also don’t want to order online because they are afraid of the viruses that may we get from it. Without doing anything at home, we find ourselves getting hungry and hungry to the point that we couldn’t satisfy our cravings. You may want to make fancy the food you eat but you don’t know how to cook or maybe you don’t know what to do with the ingredients you have at home? Here are some easy- to- cook or do and mostly three ingretients recipes that we can do at home:

1. Flourless Chocolate Cake (No bake; No steam)

Ingredients:

1 pack of Oreo

-1/2 cup Fresh Milk or Evaporated Milk

-1 teaspoon of Baking Powder

Preperations:

1. Put the oreo on the plastic bag and crushed it.

2. In a large bowl, put the crushed oreo then add the milk and baking powder.

3. Mix it until well combined until it reach the smooth consistency.

4. Ready the baking pan and grease it with oil or butter.

5. Carefully add the batter to the baking pan and ready the improvised oven and preheated it within 10 minutes.

6. After 10 minutes, put the wire rack and baking pan and cover it. Cook it for 25- 30 minutes in a low medium heat and do a toothpick check. Then, serve.

2. Mac & Cheese (up to 5 servings)

Ingredients:

-5 cups of Milk

-1 lb of Elbow Macaroni

-2 cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preperations:

1. In a large pot, bring the milk to boil

2. Put the pasta and stir it constantly until it cooked for about 8 to 10 minutes.

3. Add the cheddar cheese and stir it until it well combined to the pasta.

4. Turn off the heat and Enjoy.

3. Cookies n’ Cream Ice Cream

Ingredients:

-2 All Purpose Cream (Chilled)

-1 can Condensed Milk (Chilled)

-1 Pack Oreo Preperations:

1. Mildly crushed the oreo then set aside.

2. In a large bowl, put the chilled all purpose cream and mix it using electric mixer until it doubles the size. Add the condensed milk while mixing.

3. After mixing, add the crushed Oreo and mix it again.

4. Ready your container and pour the mixture carefully.

5. Put it in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight for the best result. Enjoy!

4. Potato Mojos

Ingredients:

-Potatoes

-Egg or Evaporated Milk

-Breading Mix (Can be flour and seasoned it with Black Pepper, Salt, and Garlic Powder)

Preperations:

1. Wash the potatoes and slice it into thin and circle size.

2. In a large pot, pour some water and add the sliced potatoes and bring to boil. Do a fork check to see if the potato is already cook.

3. Strain the water and pat dry the potatoes. Beat the egg on a bowl and ready the breading mix.

4. Dip the potato in the egg and cover it with breading mix. Then repeat until you finish it all.

5. Prepare a pan or pot and pour some oil and heat it for 10 minutes with high heat.

6. Set it to low heat before putting potatoes.

7. Cook it until golden brown. Then serve it with your favorite sauce. Enjoy!

5. Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

-1 cup of Peanut Butter

-1/2 cup of Sugar

-1 egg

Preperations:

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC).

2. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sugar, and egg.

3. Scoop out a spoonful of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the cookie balls onto a nonstick baking sheet.

4. For decorations, you may use fork to push down and top to make criss- cross pattern.

5. Bake the cookies for 8 to 10 minutes until the bottom of the cookies are golden brown.

6. Ready your milk then Enjoy!

6. Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients:

-Chicken Tighs

-Soy Sauce -Brown Sugar

Preperations

1. Wash the chicken tighs and strain it. In a pan, put a little bit of oil and cook the chicken.

2. Add the soy sauce and brown sugar and wait for it until it become thicker.

3. Ready your plate with rice and put the chicken teriyaki. Enjoy!

7. Potato Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

-Potatoes

-Cheese

-Salt

-Black Pepper

-Egg -Cornstarch

-Bread Crumbs

Preperations:

1. Wash the potatoes and ready your large pot with water. Bring to boil the water and add the potatoes. Wait until it cooked. Do a fork check if it’s soft.

2. Strain the potatoes and wait until it become cool. Peel the potatoes and put it on a large bowl.

3. Carefully smash the potatoes and add the black pepper and salt. (Adjust according to your taste) Mix it together.

4. Prepare and slice the cheese into cubes. Get an enough amount of smashed potatoes and flatted it to put the cheese in the middle to make it into round. Repeat the procedure.

5. Dip the potato in the beaten egg and breading mix then roll them in the bread crumbs.

6. Then fry them on a medium heat until golden brown and serve!

8. Egg Roll Cheese Sticks

Ingredients:

-Egg Roll Wrapper

-Cheese

-Egg

Preperations

1. Slice the egg roll wrapper into half.

2. Put the stick of cheese on the edge of the egg roll wrapper, then fold the sides of the wrapper over the ends of the cheese.

3. Wet the other edge of the wrapper with water, then roll it up tightly, pressing the edge to make sure it’s sealed. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and cheese.

4. Heat the oil and cook the cheese sticks until golden brown.

5. Strain the excess oil and ready your favorite sauce. Enjoy!
